Local laws that restrict the sale and transfer of firearm magazine
feeding devices. The following is a current list of restrictions that
will include, in some cases, additional policies set forth by Tactical Solutions Group LLC
It is also YOUR responsibility to know
your local and state laws which may prohibit or restrict your ability to
purchase certain products we offer for sale. A customer may permanently
be banned from ordering if there is ever intent to circumvent any known
regulation. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

CALIFORNIA CUSTOMERS:WE ARE NOT ABLE TO TAKE ANY NEW ORDERS FOR MAGAZINES AFTER 4/5/19
COLORADO CUSTOMERS: No sales of magazines exceeding 15rds capacity to anyone or dealer.
CONNECTICUT CUSTOMERS: No
sales of magazines exceeding 10rds capacity to anyone or dealer. A
legible copy of state issued identification and one of the following is
required to purchase magazines of 10rd capacity or less:
- A valid CT permit to carry a pistol or revolver OR
- A valid CT long gun eligibility certificate OR
- A valid CT ammunition certificate
HAWAII CUSTOMERS: No sales of pistol magazines exceeding 10rds capacity to anyone or dealer.
ILLINOIS CUSTOMERS:
- No sales of magazines exceeding 15 rds capacity to anyone or dealer in the City of Aurora.
- No sales of magazines to the City of Chicago.
- No sales of magazines exceeding 10 rds capacity to anyone or dealer in Cook County.
MASSACHUSETTS CUSTOMERS: No
sales of magazines exceeding 10rds manufactured before 09/14/1994
except individuals having a MA-issued Class A license or dealers. No
sales of high capacity magazines exceeding 10rds manufactured 09/14/1994
or after.
MARYLAND CUSTOMERS: No sales of magazines exceeding 10rds capacity to anyone or dealer.
NEW JERSEY CUSTOMERS: No sales of magazines exceeding 15rds capacity to anyone or dealer.
NEW YORK CUSTOMERS: No sales of magazines exceeding 10rds capacity to anyone or dealer.
WASHINGTON DC CUSTOMERS: No Sales of any magazines |
